Henry Wallace Charles
The Godfather of Youth Development
Inspiring the next generation of leaders across the Caribbean and Commonwealth

About the Foundation
The Foundation serves as a powerful non-profit social enterprise dedicated to transforming the lives of youth in underrepresented areas across the Commonwealth through the dynamic medium of sports. Our mission extends beyond mere involvement; we strive to offer invaluable opportunities that not only enhance youth development but also nurture emerging talent and highlight essential aspects of mental health through sports and community engagement. By harnessing the unifying power of sports, the Foundation cultivates an environment that actively promotes the positive development of Commonwealth youth. We seek to channel their talents, passions, and experiences into noble intentions, fostering harmony and diversity through inclusive, uplifting activities.
The Commonwealth Football Cup
The inaugural pilot tournament for the Henry Charles Commonwealth Cup (HCCC) was held in Zambia, delivered in collaboration with Tackle Africa. This proof-of-concept tournament successfully demonstrated the viability of the HCCC model, blending competitive youth football with community development, public health services, and education-driven engagement.
