Co-Founder and Director. A lecturer in the School of Education at UWI St. Augustine and Coordinator of the MA in Technical Vocational Education and Leadership, she holds a PhD in Education from the University of Otago. Wife of the late Dr. Henry Charles, she helps carry his legacy forward through the Foundation and the Commonwealth Cup.
